Main entry after completion. Bold, striking colors lead the eye toward the front entrance. Low stacked Briarhill sandstone walls frame the entrance and create subtle height differences.
Undermount lighting highlights the Briarhill entry wall while up lighting lends a warm glow to the hornbeams, reflecting the glow from the building front beyond.
The previous landscaping was removed to make way for our updated design.
Despite initial concerns from the owners that adding the columnar hornbeam alley at the entry might block views of the retail signage, our 3D rendering demonstrated the important visual impact of the tree alley affect lining the vehicular entry corridor.
Seasonal planters were used to bring height around the main entry were planting beds were too tight to fit trees. They also allow for beautiful pops of seasonal color.
Low grouping masses of color allow for visibility to remain clear but provide a much-needed break to the swaths of asphalt parking lot.
The original arched entry way of the building gave a dated feel, while the underwhelming, stressed landscape lacked curb appeal.
Vibrant, bold colors welcome customers into the newly renovated part of the building. The tree alley pulls the eye in while the height creates visual interest.
New night lighting shows off the strong, crisp features of the updated landscaping.
The clean, easy-to-maintain, and visually appealing entrance now entices customers to come and shop.
