Landscape Design Sales Support

Job Description:

The primary function of the Landscape Design Sales Support role is to support design and maintenance sales by preparing quotes, drawings, and sales presentations in a timely and organized manner. This is a predominately analytical position that requires multi-tasking and a proactive approach. Efficiency and attention to detail are key. Employees will work with the Business Manager to prioritize project lists and complete tasks in a timely manner. These tasks can include visual elements, such as CAD drawings and photo renderings, and job cost calculations that include material and labor estimates.


Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of landscaping or construction installation whether through experience or education

  • Intermediate computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • CAD drafting or design layout experience preferred
  • Adobe Illustrator experience a plus
  • Willingness to follow established processes and procedures

Job Summary:

  • Accurately estimate job costs, materials, and labor hours according to company standards
  • Complete job project presentation materials by established deadlines
  • Accept contracted jobs and prepare job packet paperwork
  • Create and submit required purchase orders
  • Manage catalogs, brochures, and job schedule board materials
  • Provide analysis and reporting to support the sales departments as requested
  • Flexible hours when business demands, which may include Saturdays and evenings
  • Engage with design sales and production staff to ensure timely and accurate estimates
  • Ensure all site photos are cataloged correctly
