Letter to Clients

Dear valued client:

We want to keep you updated on your service from Rice’s Landscapes Redefined. As Rice’s is deemed an essential business by both the Stark County Health Department and the Department of Homeland Security, we will continue to operate.

Rice’s is fully committed to doing our part to help prevent the spread and follow the governor’s order. We have instituted several safety procedures to help keep our crews healthy, including:

  • Operating under strict guidelines regarding social distancing
  • Monitoring all employees’ temperatures before they begin work every day
  • Sterilizing all equipment every day
  • Promoting and ensuring good hygiene with frequent handwashing

These important precautions will temporarily affect our efficiency, and we are currently unable to guarantee set mowing dates.

Weather also plays a role. As your landscape service professional, Rice’s takes every precaution to protect your landscape. We may choose not to mow following several rainy days to avoid tearing up lawn or causing unsightly ruts that could diminish the overall look of your property.

Rice’s remains committed to the maintenance of your property and will do everything in our power to meet your needs in a timely manner while also maintaining the health and safety of our crews.

Things are ever evolving. Should Governor DeWine’s orders change, we may need to make further adaptions. If that situation does arise, we will ensure open and timely communication with you about any potential impact on your service. Likewise, should changing circumstances affect you, please contact your client manager to discuss what options might be available.

Thank you for your continued business, and we appreciate your patience as we all weather this storm together.

Sincerely,
Bryan Rice, President
