“We took what was a tough setback and turned it into an opportunity for investing into our growing landscape production operations,” said Bryan Rice, president. “Our landscape production services have grown tremendously so we decided to turn the area devastated by the fire into a centralized location for on-the-job training for our teams.”

The 1,700-square-foot space features an integrated projector and sound system and condenses what was four training spaces into one larger and centralized spot that the team of more than 80 can utilize.

“These training classes, which include landscape design plan reading, plant disease identification and proper snow removal procedures, provide hands-on training to ensure that Rice’s continues to thrill clients with beautiful landscapes year after year,” Rice said. “This type of training is an integral part of the Rice’s difference in providing best-in-class services.”

Rice’s has grown to become the premier provider of custom landscapes throughout Northeast Ohio.
