Rice’s Rewards and Gift Card Information

Thank you for your loyal patronage of our seasonal retail garden center, the Spring Garden Showroom. We will no longer be offering retail or re-wholesale services, and the garden center will not re-open in the spring.

With the closing, all gift cards and Rice’s Rewards customers with a balance of $5 or more will be reimbursed. Rice’s Rewards customers have been sent a letter in the mail confirming these details, as well as a check in the amount of any accumulated rewards.

Customers with outstanding gift cards can redeem those by calling 330-499-9857 or visiting the Landscape Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

What you need to know:

• Rice’s Rewards checks were issued on Sept. 6, 2017 to customers with a balance of $5.00 or more
• Rewards checks can be redeemed through Dec. 31, 2017
• Gift cards will be paid in full amount, and may be redeemed by calling 330-499-9857 or visiting the Landscape Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
